２０日朝、大津市の住宅に侵入して、元妻などを「くわ」で殴りつけて殺そうとしたとして、将棋の元プロ棋士が殺人未遂などの疑いで警察に逮捕されました。
調べに対し黙秘しているということです。
逮捕されたのは、将棋の元プロ棋士で、住所・職業不詳の橋本崇載容疑者（４０）です。
橋本容疑者は、２０日午前７時ごろ、大津市内の元妻の実家に侵入し、在宅していた３０代の元妻と、その６０代の父親を「くわ」で殴りつけて殺害しようとしたとして、殺人未遂と住居侵入の疑いが持たれています。
「元夫が押しかけてきた」という元妻からの通報を受けて警察官が駆けつけたところ、住宅の２階で元妻の父親が、容疑者を取り押さえていたということです。
元妻と父親が、手足や胸に軽いけがをしたほか、橋本容疑者も頭に軽いけがをしているということです。
容疑者は警察の調べに対し黙秘しているということです。
容疑者は先月（６月）、元妻に対する名誉毀損の罪で執行猶予のついた有罪判決を受けていました。
警察は、元妻との間の離婚をめぐるトラブルが背景にあった可能性もあるとみて調べを進めています。

しかし妻がそのアパートへの入居を頑なに拒否したため、せっかく妻のために家を借りたというのに無駄に終わってしまい残念です。
また妻は話し合いの最中「話にならない」と家を飛び出して、子供を連れて車で去っていってしまいました。
なんとか離婚を避けようと話し合いを重ねてきていたのに、その後、私の許可もなく勝手に弁護士を立ててきたことにも腹が立ちます。
きっと妻は悪徳弁護士に騙されて、離婚を唆され、僕から金を取ろうとしているのです。
離婚調停でこれまで何度も訴えてきた通り、息抜きのために7時間も外出し、息子が泣いたと電話をしても帰ってこなかった妻は、母親失格です。
また、妻は息子をぬいぐるみで囲んだ写真を撮影しており、息子をぬいぐるみ扱いするという虐待を行いました。
「子供を連れて出て行ってください」とLINEで何度も妻へ要求したことは事実ではありますが、本当に子供を連れて出て行った妻は誘拐犯であり、その際、僕が結婚前から飼っていた犬二匹を置き去りにした事も許せません。
