この方法を採用することによって、直接民主制の投票費用を抑制することが出来るはずです
国政選挙の立候補者が、親や親族の選挙地盤を引き継ぐことを禁止にすべきかどうか？
政治資金管理団体のお金を親族の団体に移す際に、公平平等に税金を徴収すべきかどうか？
供託金や選挙費用の上限を下げるべきかどうか？
政治献金・政治資金パーティーや天下りを、法律や条例で禁止にすべきかどうか？
札幌五輪を誘致・開催すべきかどうか？
リニアや北海道・四国新幹線を建設すべきかどうか？
宗教法人の全ての収入に対して、公平平等に税金を課すべきかどうか？
多重下請け構造を、禁止にすべきかどうか？
外国人労働者の入国を制限すべきかどうか？
大企業の内部留保の現預金分に課税をすべきかどうか？
親や親族から相続した株や不動産に対する、金融所得課税を強化すべきかどうか？
上記のような頻繁に議論になる政策について、国民投票が実施されれば、民意をダイレクトに
政策に反映させることが可能になるはずです
大企業やその業界団体からの政治献金を受け取っている既得権益側の国会議員達だけで
採決を取っても、この国は何も変わらないでしょう
募るべきだと思います
今現在でも、各省庁や内閣府では、パブリックコメントを募集していると思います
全ての政策や徴税方法について、直接民主制で決める必要は無いと思います
国政選挙の際に、10個の憲法・法律（法案）・政策の賛否等を直接民主制で決定するだけで、
民意がダイレクトに反映され、この日本は大きく変わることが出来ると思います
3年に1回は、参議院議員選挙が実施されるはずです
その間に、解散総選挙が実施されることもあるでしょう
国政選挙の際には、必ず国民投票を実施すべきという法律を、新たに制定すればいいと思います
これは当たり前の話かもしれませんが、国政選挙にだけ投票する、国民投票は棄権するという
選択も可能にすべきです
更に言わせていただくと、国民投票の10項目の内、5個だけに返答をするという事も可能にすべきです
少なくとも私は、投票棄権者に対する罰則は設けるべきではないと思います
『既得権益側・富裕層優遇の政治体制・選挙制度を変えるべきです』

助成金を渡すなと主張するつもりもありません
当たり前の話ですが、日本は鎖国をしているわけでもありませんし、資源国家でもありません
政府は財政出動をしてでも、日本国内にお金を回して景気振興をする必要があるのは
言うまでもありません
しかし、その前にまずは政治献金・政治資金パーティーや天下りを、法律や条例で禁止にして
政官民の癒着を断ち切ってからやるべきです

どうしても増税をするのであれば、親から相続した株や不動産から得る収入の税率を上げるべきです
どうしても増税をするのであれば、富裕層税・超富裕層税を導入すればいいのです
仮に知能ガチャに当たっていたとしても、それを確かめる術は一切ありません
自分で汗水たらして働いて得た賃金で買った株や不動産から得る収入ならば、
税率は今のままでも問題ないと思います

全財産の１割のお金を使い終わった後の残金は同額ではありません

そもそも、富裕層の皆様は、その１億円のお金をどうやって貯めたのでしょうか？
富裕層の皆様方は、沢山納税をした後も沢山お金を残して、今まで通りの優雅な暮らしを続けたいので
あれば、今以上に努力をして、もっと沢山お金を稼げばいいのです
富裕層の方達が普段仰っておられた、『親ガチャなんて存在しない！人生は努力次第！』という言葉は、
もしかして嘘だったのですか？
このようなご主張をされる方が、時々おられるようです
衆愚政治とご指摘をされているのは、今の国会の事を仰っておられるのですよね？
今現在の日本は、少子高齢化に拍車が掛かり経済格差が拡大して、財政赤字は増加の一途を
辿り、国際的な経済競争からも置いていかれております
少なくとも、一般庶民よりも政治家や官僚の方達の方が政治に関しては、断然お詳しいでしょう
しかし、彼らは聡明さだけではなく狡猾さも、兼ね備えておられるのです

私には全く理解が出来ません
呼び方が変わっているだけで、民間企業が政治家や監督官庁出身の元官僚の方達に、お金を
渡している事には、何も変わりが無いはずです

どうして、今ある憲法や法律・制度がすべて正しくて、未来永劫変更する必要が無いと断言が

これらは有史以前から存在していた、絶対的な物では無いはずです
時代や人々の意識の変化に応じて、その都度変えていけばいいのです
以前、某世襲議員が天下りについての国会答弁で、『憲法22条で職業選択の自由が
保障されているから、官僚が退官後に、どこに再就職しようが勝手』と発言されていました
それならば、各都道府県が45歳以上の公務員を関連企業や関連団体に再就職できないように
条例で禁止にすればいいと思います
憲法のどの条文を読んでも、『許可なく女性のスカートの中にスマートフォンを差し入れて、撮影を
してはいけません』という文言はありません
それならば、この行為は憲法に違反をしていないので、自由に行ってもいいのか？というと、当然
実際には、禁止行為となっています
それは、各都道府県が迷惑防止条例違反として定めているからです
新しい技術が開発され、新たな犯罪の手口を実行する人間が現れるたびに、憲法や法律を
改正するのは非常にコストが掛かるでしょう
つまり、わざわざ天下りを禁止にするために憲法や法律を制定・改正しなくても、天下りで税金を
掠め取る行為自体を、県の迷惑防止条例違反として定めればいいのです
退官した役人の方達が、どうしてもその業種で働きたいのであれば、勝手に起業すれば
いいだけの話です
これで官民の癒着を断ち切ることが出来るはずです
そもそも、政府の外郭団体に月に２．３回３０分の会議に運転手付きの車で出席している
だけの人間、ひたすら新聞を読んでいるだけの人間に、税金から高給や退職金を払っている状態は、
明らかに公共の福祉に反しています
一部の特権階級の人間を優遇して、税金から多額の給料を支払うなんて言語道断です
民間企業に元役人の方が、天下っているケースでも企業間の公平な競争性が失われ、
国益の損失に繋がるのです
民間企業は天下り官僚達に高給を払うために、商品価格や公共工事の費用を上昇させるのです
このしわ寄せはすべて一般庶民に、増税と社会保険料の引き上げという形で降り注ぐのです
結局は、天下り官僚達の給料や退職金は、我々一般庶民の懐から出ているのです
『役人の方達は退官後にどこに再就職しようが、どのような職業に就こうがそれは自由です』
このようにしておいても構わないと思います
しかし、退官した役人の皆様方には、関連企業や関連団体から受け取った給料や退職金に対しては、
所得税を最大で8割くらい課して、それを国庫に入れていただければいいのです
『どうぞどうぞ、今後もご自由に天下りと渡りを繰り返してください』
『その代わり、民間人よりも沢山納税をしてください』
このようにして、天下り役人の方達に重税を課すという手段もあると思います
京都では放置された空き家に、重税を課すという条例が作られました
各都道府県が、天下り役人達に重税を課すという新たな条例をつくればいいのです
本当に国家や民間企業の発展のために、退官後に再就職をしたいと希望されているのであれば、
税金が上がっても問題はないはずです
沢山税金を払いたくないのであれば、退官せずに定年退職まで勤め上げればいいのです
退官後は、大人しく家に居ていただければいいのです
この世界には、何もしない方が国益に適う、国の経済成長の阻害をしないという方もおられるのです
いい加減に、同期が事務次官になったら、残りの同期の官僚は全員退職という謎ルールを廃止に
すべきだと思います
民間企業では、同期は勿論、部下の方が出世するケースもあるでしょう
一体どれだけプライドが高いのか知りませんが、出世競争に負けた方達の給料は下げればいいのです
