音楽プロデューサーの松尾潔氏と芸能事務所・スマイルカンパニーとの契約終了騒動に揺れる山下達郎さんに対して、ツイッターで擁護するようなコメントをしたシンガーソングライターのASKAさんが2023年7月12日、ブログで一部の批判に再度反論した。

ASKAさんは12日に「一日を思い返して」とする日記を公開し、騒動に言及した。
あきれたような顔文字を添え、「一日ゆっくりしたなぁ。起きてドラマ観て寝落ちして『Twitter』に書いたことで、またつまらない反応されて」とポツリ。
「【悲報】ASKAさん、ジャニーさんの御縁と御恩に報いたいあまり、松尾潔さんに対するメガトン級の名誉毀損をやらかす。 これもまた、被害者に沈黙を強いたがるJーPOPの構造の典型」
ASKAさんに寄せられたツイートを引用し、「もう、アホとしか言いようがない。まぁ、この手の人種は湧いて来るだろうなとは思っては書いたよ」と反論した。
ASKAさんは自身が投稿していたツイートを再度引用し、政治など他に目を向けるべきニュースがあると主張。ジャニー氏について「故人が生きてる時ならまだしも、すでに亡くなってるんですよ」とし、「今、話題にされていちばん困っているのはジャニーズの子たちではないでしょうか？ 世間は何がしたいのでしょう？」と疑問を呈している。
騒動に関しては「僕も、その噂なら聞いたことはある」としつつ、「でも、ジャニーズの子たちからは一度たりとも、そんな話は聞いたことがない。『容認してる』だ？ バカ言ってんじゃないよ、です」と一笑に付した。

チャンネルを変え、CMに出ていればその商品はなるべく買わない、事実を周囲に教えるなど小さな積み重ねが大事だ。
ジャニーズは「コンプライアンス順守」とか「ガバナンス体制の強化」などと過去のできごとを無かったものかのように扱い、
ジャニー喜多川個人の問題だったかのようにすり替えているが、
ジャニーズ事務所は喜多川のものではなく、
性犯罪が行われている当時からの役員やメンバーは、昔と何ら変わりなく存在している組織。
喜多川だけが性と利益の等価交換をしていたという可能性は低いので、
現在進行形でおなじような等価交換が行われている可能性すらある。
ジャニーズ事務所とメディアが、ジャニーズ事務所の性暴力構造を「なかったこと」にする以上、
私たちは彼らに「さよなら」を言わなくてはいけない。
この問題は結局のところ、芸能界やメディアの問題である以上に、私たち自身に投げかけられた問題だ。

そのままオレオレ詐欺だと知ったうえで受け子を続け、自らも金を得たり昇進をしていく者がいると、
そのせいで新たな被害者が生まれ続ける。それは被害者なのではなく加害者側に移った姿そのもの。
ジャニーズに居続けた者達はそういう者達と同じだ。
ジャニーズメンバーは性被害をする組織だということを受け入れ、その構造を利用する加害者側にまわった者だからだ。
性被害にあったジャニーズメンバーも最初は何も知らずに行った「受け子」だったわけだが、
金や地位を与えられその甘い汁をすすり続け、しだいに役員に近い権力を持っていった。
ジャニーズ事務所とそのメンバーとそれを使うTV局やスポンサーは、児童虐待の共依存。
いまだにジャニー喜多川の搾取によって築いたものの上で稼いでいる。
ジャニーズメンバーは、性犯罪隠ぺい加担の見返りで、犯人から仕事の優先的地位貰っていた加害者といえる。
そして今もそれをだまって続けている。
いまテレビ出てくるアイツら全員、何も知らない少年がレイプされていくの知りながら、
見て見ぬふりし続けて自分はオイシイ思いをしてきた悪魔だという現実。
ジャニーズメンバーがするべきことはまず、
「僕たちは何も知らない少年たちがレイプされていくのを知っていながら、
それを見て見ぬふりをすることでTVに出つづけた人間です。」と認めるところからだ。
告発した被害者だけがそれができているわけで、
なにも言わずに過ぎ去るのを待ってるキムタクとか中居とか嵐とか人間失格。
なので告発者たちはジャニーズ事務所だけではなく、
何もしなかったジャニーズのメンバーも訴えたほうがいいと思う。
この期に及んでまだジャニーズメンバーで自慰したいやつらが、
「メンバーは被害者なのだから触れるな」、「今出てるメンバーを批判するのはセカンドレイプだ」とかいってるのは、
人間として最低最悪の部類に入るといえる。
そういうやつらが一緒になってこの性犯罪構造を作り上げてきた。
ジャニー喜多川やジャニーズ事務所だけが加害者なのではなく、

以下の4つが該当するとき、幇助罪が成立します。ジャニーズのメンバーにもこれが成立しています。
①幇助行為
積極的な手助け行為のほか、「なにもしない」という不作為、
つまり積極的な行為をしないことについても幇助行為に該当します。
②幇助の意思
ある程度概括的に犯罪行為を認識し、認容し、かつ、その実行を自分のふるまいによって容易にさせることを認識していたとき。
③正犯の実行行為 実際に犯罪が実行されていること。
④因果関係 その人のふるまいが物理的、また心理的にも犯罪実行を容易にしたとき。
たとえば、
飲酒運転をすることを制止することなく同乗した者は実際に幇助罪になっています。
会社の同僚が横領を繰り返しているのを知っていたのに見逃していたらそれも幇助犯です。
同じように、
会社の同僚が新入社員に対して性犯罪を繰り返しているのを知っていたのに見逃していたら犯罪です。
ジャニーズのメンバーはこれをしていました。
もっというならTV局やスポンサーも児童性犯罪が行われていることを知っていながら黙認していた可能性があります。
なのでTV局は「タレントに罪はない」などといって調査をさせないようにしているわけです。
自分たちの犯罪性まであぶりだされるからです。
「被害者は被害を受けたことに対する責任は全くないが、
被害者であったとしても、犯罪行為に加担、もしくは犯罪行為を助長していた場合には責任を伴う。
また、自身の地位や立場を失いたくないために犯罪行為を黙認した者も、責任を逃れることはできない。
