マツコ・デラックスに〝引退説〟再燃 目の充血、食欲不振…気掛かりな「体調面」
タレントのマツコ・デラックス（50）の日本テレビ系冠バラエティー番組「マツコ会議」（土曜午後11時）が9月に終了する見込みと報じられたことを受け、芸能界引退説が再燃している。
レギュラー番組が徐々に減少しており、体調面では〝食欲不振〟を訴えているのだ。売れっ子の引退説にテレビマンは戦々恐々としている――。
4日に、マツコの冠バラエティー番組「マツコ会議」が9月末で終了する見込みと一部で報じられた。終了の理由の1つは視聴率の低迷。昨年3月にはフジテレビ系「アウト×デラックス」が終了しており、徐々にレギュラー番組の本数が減少している。
こうした状況を受け、マツコの芸能界引退説が再燃している。
広告代理店関係者は「数字の良くない番組が終了するのは自然な流れ。過去にも番組を卒業した時にはマツコの引退説が流れ、今回も同様の見方が強い」と指摘する。2020年9月にフジテレビ系「ホンマでっか！？TV」を卒業した際、引退報道が飛び交った。
数年前から、さまざまな番組で自身の引退のタイミングに触れている。イベントに登場した際も「自分はいつか飽きられるだろうから…」などと話していた。
体調に不安も抱えている。真っ赤に充血した目で番組に出演し、身長が縮んだことも明かしている。
関ジャニ∞の村上信五と共演する6月5日放送の日テレ系「月曜から夜ふかし」では「こんな体だから分かりづらいんだけど、最近食が細い」「ホントに食べられなくなってきた」などと打ち明け、スタジオを驚かせた。
プライベートで親交のあった志村けんさん（享年70）が2020年3月、新型コロナウイルス感染症に伴う肺炎で急死したことも大きいという。
テレビ局関係者は「志村さんのコロナ感染、そして死去に大ダメージを受けたマツコは、一時期引きこもりのような状態になった。『夜ふかし』には〝村上にうつさないため〟との考えもあり、電話で収録に参加したり、スタジオに来ても化粧をせずに声で収録に参加したりしたこともあった」と話す。一時的に仕事へのモチベーションが低下したと周囲には認識されたという。
「マツコ会議」が9月に終了すると、マツコの日テレ系レギュラー番組は「夜ふかし」だけ。同番組は12年にスタートして10年以上たつが、コア視聴率は6％前後で今も圧倒的な数字をキープ。日テレは同番組に力を入れており、終了する雰囲気はない。
他局では、明石家さんまとのTBS系「週刊さんまとマツコ」（日曜午後1時）、有吉弘行とのテレビ朝日系「マツコ＆有吉 かりそめ天国」（金曜午後8時）など「マツコ会議」を除けば計5本。これらも徐々に終わっていくのか…。
引退説の再燃にテレビマンは戦々恐々としている。
「マツコは好感度が高く、スポンサー企業から絶大な信頼を寄せられていて、局側としては逃したくないタレント」（前出代理店関係者）
マツコはここ最近、さまざまなバラエティー番組の収録で冗談交じりに「私はテレビの将来を考えているの！」などとスタッフにゲキを飛ばすこともあるという。テレビ局関係者たちはこの言葉を信じてはいるものの、いつ「引退する」と言い出すかおびえている。
