日向坂４６の影山優佳（２２）が２６日放送のテレビ朝日「Ｑさま ３時間ＳＰ」に出演。芸能界インテリ１２人が激突した大会に「前回王者 令和のクイズ女王」として参戦した。
「私はクイズが大好きなのでとにかく楽しんで頑張りたいです」と語った。
出場メンバーの出身大学なども紹介され、東大を筆頭に難関大学が並ぶ中、影山は「筑波大付属高卒」の肩書で参加した。
筑波大付属高は全国トップランクの偏差値７５超とされる進学校。影山は大学受験を志し、１８年６月に学業のため一時活動休止を発表したが、体調不良などもあって納得のいく結果が出なかったとされ、２０年５月に活動再開を発表した。
現在はグループからの卒業を発表している。
